Tradin' Post will print your ad in four (4) consecutive issues or until reported sold. No commission is due until your item is sold or made unavailable.
Your item is made "unavailable'' and commission is due when you change your mind about selling, you decide to keep the item, your phone is disconnected, you move out of the area, you give away or trade the item, you sell your item through other means, or you cancel the ad before the allotted 4 week period.
Commission is based upon the advertised price. Each item must be listed separately. In other words, only one item per ad. FULL COMMISSION DUE ON ADS CANCELED AFTER YOUR DEADLINE DATE FRIDAY 5 PM!

Your cost is determined by the advertised price of your item at one-half (50%) of the commission fee. To determine the normal commission fee - see the commission rate table above.

You may use up to 20 words per ad (15¢ per word for each additional word per week.) Ads run until sold or 5 weeks, whichever comes first. Prepaid ads may be paid by check or money order. Each item in category 1-66 is to be listed separately, in sets or pairs, and the asking price must accompany each item - there is no minimum price.
If your prepaid item does not sell, it may be reinserted and rerun at initial rate or as a ``pay only if you sell'' commission ad. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!
The purpose of the TRADIN' POST category of ``SEEK'' is to provide an economical marketplace for Private owners of Rental accommodations such as Houses, Apartments, Garages, Sleeping rooms, Etc. Just call our office or use the handy mailer to advertise the particular accommodations you have available to rent. Be sure to give a brief description & phone number for each. Ads should be limited to a maximum of 20 words. We will not disclose your name or address.
Guaranteed Rental Ads (Private Owners Only - Up to 5 Rental units)
Ads in these Categories are printed in 4 consecutive issues of the TRADIN' POST, unless reported rented, for a flat rate of $19.95. After appearing in 4 consecutive issues of the TRADIN' POST, if the accommodations for rent are still available, Ad may be continued for an additional 2 consecutive issues per request at no additional charge.
Commercial Rental Ads (5 or more Rental Units)
Ads in this category are accepted on a prepaid basis at a flat rate of $19.95 to appear in 4 consecutive issues of the TRADIN' POST, 20 words or less. (20¢ each additional word).
Firearms, Pets and Livestock Ads
Ad cost for Firearms, Pets, Horses & Livestock is determined by the advertised price of your item at one-half (50%) of the commission fee - See commission rate table.
Cost of all parting out ads is $6.00 per week.
Ads for motor vehicle parts or categories 67-89 (except Seek Rentals), regardless of advertised price, are charged the following flat rates, up to 20 words per ad. Additional cost per word based upon category.

Business/Service Ads
Business & Service Directory Ad Listings - $6.00 minimum charge (for first 20 words) & 20¢ for each additional word.
Business Classified in the category of your choice -$6.00 per week for 20 words or less, (20¢ each additional word per week.) Business name must appear in BOLD TYPE.
Photo advertising is accepted and published FREE with placement of special "Double Exposure" classified advertising in TRADIN' POST Double Exposure ads are prepaid at a flat rate of $21.00 if you supply the photo, with an additional fee of $5.00 if we take the photo. Double Exposure ads run as Classified advertising in TRADIN' POST for a total of 4 weeks with FREE Photo Ad in SHOWPLACE PHOTO GUIDE. Private owners only send 20 word description with check or money order. Photos are subject to approval and become property of TRADIN' POST. Deadline for Double Exposure Ads - 4 PM Wednesday

TRADIN' POST reserves the right to limit ads to 20 words or 4 lines, select, edit, condense, abbreviate, determine duration of, or refuse ads that are contrary to its policies. TRADIN' POST is not responsible for errors in composition or for the condition of the item advertised.
Items not sold by the time your ads expire upon request can be rerun for another 4 week period, subject to same policy per original ad.
Refunds & credits cannot be issued on any prepaid ads.
TRADIN' POST is a classified advertising publication issued weekly. Ads received by 5 PM Friday appear in the issue that goes on sale the following Tuesday. When Holidays occur earlier deadlines may be necessary.
TRADIN' POST shall not be liable for failure to publish an ad or for typographicals errors in publication, except to the extent of the cost of that portion of the ad wherein the error occurred. For errors, omissions, or failure of an ad to appear YOU MUST NOTIFY THE TRADIN' POST OFFICE WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS.
